We are looking for a responsible Administration Assistant volunteer to help in our Dublin office for 2-3 days a week. Duties of the Administration Assistant include a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. We need someone that enjoys being part of a hard working team and has some initiative.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
- General administration/Office support
- Phone support
- Assisting the finance manager
- Responding to enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers and ordering office materials
- Various tasks as they emerge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin would be helpful
- An understanding of finance or book keeping would be an advantage
- Fluent English
